Not Flowering - Visible Insects on Rootball
The plant is not flowering, and there are insects on the rootball. Because of their very small size and the fact that they are white or gray in color, these insects tend to resemble tiny grains of rice. If your African Violet has this combination of symptoms, it is probably suffering from the following:
